After an email request for help yesterday, and it’s all sorted today! excellent service to tackle a big hornet’s nest in the loft, and john was efficient, polite, knowledgeable, confident and put our minds at rest as he gowned-up to spray and remove the nest. highly recommended.

We had a wasps nest in our loft. we called urban pest control who were friendly and happy to help. they asked some questions and explained their process clearly and in an easy to understand way and were around to sort the problem in less than 24 hours. andrew was friendly and professional and got to work in no time at all removing the wasps nest in next to no time. all in all took less than an hour and was great value for money. would highly recommend to anyone.
