I go through phases of fishing but have used ewenyt angling many times over the years. recently purchased a smaller spinning rod as i fancied tackling bass with something lighter and a bit more challenging. after a long walk to sker rocks, 3rd cast the end snapped. absolutely gutted, as they say it happens. rang ewenny angling to ask my options and without hesitation he told me bring it back and exchange or refund. absolute a class customer service. unfortunately didn't have another to exchange for or anything else that took my fancy so had the refund. top quality service, shop is always well stocked and keith is always friendly and helpful.

What a great shop. fantastic, friendly service. had issue with centre-pin reel. was told it would be looked l at but needed to wait until weekend (4 days away). just 3 hours after leaving shop, had text to say reel was fixed and ready for collection! very impressed. thank you.

Without a doubt one of the most friendly and informative tackle shops i've used. i like to fish when i travel (as well as in my home town) and sometimes the local shops either don't or won't talk about where to fish, when to fish and what bait is best. not a bit of it here. loads of help on where and when, where to avoid and the best bait to use. really friendly and helpful, will most definitely use again next time i'm fishing the south wales coast!
