Update to my previous review: i've just been in to have my phone looked at; as in my previous review the phone speaker wasn't working. the gentleman at the counter refunded me the ten pounds which i thought was very thoughtful and made up for the accident with the speaker. he was very thorough when checking my phone. i learned an interesting fact that our phone has two speakers. he called my phone, checking the first speaker and then i played a tiktok video to test the second speaker (i'm probably butchering the terminology here) and that's where the problem was. he replaced the speaker twice and it still wasn't working and i figured it was permanently damaged until the gentleman at the counter did some phone witchcraft thing and it was fixed! (he did actually explain but i don't remember....something involving air and my speaker. 😅) so i definitely think after all that he deserves a 5 star review. i would like to thank them again for fixing my phone and for fixing the issues. oh! and the vibration is fixed too. original review: went in for a touch screen issue and turned out to have old water damage. the gentleman at the counter then told me it would be an extra ten pounds on top of the 95pounds. i'm not too upset about that as i understand it needed to be repaired. what i am upset about is my speaker suddenly not working and my vibrate mode acting off. and i know this wasn't caused from the old water damage as that was working perfectly until the repair and so was the speaker. i know this because i was watching tiktok when the phone stopped responding to touch, when i was turning my my phone on and off, turning down the sound. the vibration was working as well. however i'm glad to have a working phone and would like to thank them for fixing it so quick. i'm taking two stars away for the damage because at 105 pounds i would expectmy speaker to still be functioning.

I initially thought the £35 complete phone diagnostic was a bit steep. but i suppose there is a fair bit of cost to open a phone and check it. cost an extra £20 to have the charge port fixed. working great since. staff contacted me several times to give me an update and what it would cost. quick service, too. i would recommend it.
