Great gym ! friendly staff very stress free , plenty of parking . clean gym and outdoor area .
This is a fab place. it's great that it's ladies only and the classes are brill. sarah and chevan are an inspiration and they give you the motivation to keep going. very supportive and full of knowledge and advice on working out. it's a fun and friendly place to work out.
