Ruth is an amazing yoga teacher and the new studio is beautiful. all equipment was provided, mat, blanket and bolster cushion, even an eye pillow! i had the 1-2-1 restorative session and it was total bliss! worth every penny. i came out with an added spring in my step!
Sonya and ruth are always so welcoming. yoga with them brings lots of joy- whether it's adults or kids classes. everyone is made to feel at ease and enjoy the time spent on the mat.
